We had previously used a competitors' bar code scanning system at our Toyota store for over two years when we were introduced to ScanSolutions. We installed the ScanWizard product in our Honda store and ran comparisons for two months. ScanWizard proved to be a more user friendly system, increased productivity and gave us in depth reporting. We then installed the PartsWizard system in four stores.

Wow! What a great tool. In inventory and bin management as well as order check-in we have improved our accuracy 3 fold. We process our incoming orders in half the time and have very few errors. The errors we do have can usually be corrected right on the Order Receipt/Adjust screen and posted directly to my in house computer system.

I can find a bin location right on the scanner and put the part away, and if if doesn't have a bin location I can assign it one right on the scanner and update my in house computer as soon as I sync the gun. From the intuitive "talking" scanner to the Special Order Labels that print automatically we feel we made the best decision with ScanSolutions!
